少先队辅导员队伍专业化建设的问题与策略研究——基于十堰市少先队辅导员的调查

通过对十堰市部分小学少先队辅导员等人员的调查,发现当前少先队辅导员工作存在着专业意识不强、专业素养较低、工作任务繁重、制度安排存在薄弱环节等问题,少先队辅导员专业化应唤醒辅导员职业成长的自身力量、健全少先队辅导员的职称晋升体系、完善少先队辅导员培训机制、建立少先队辅导员的相关政策、建立少先队专业学科体系等对策,以加快推动辅导员的专业化建设。

A recent thorough study found out that most tutors of Young Pioneers in Shiyan City are weak in professional awareness and quality,tired in heavy work and backward in system construction,hence tutors' professional building.We should take some effective measures to encourage and help tutors develop in an all-round way so as to better help Young Pioneers.
