边疆民族地区治理能力现代化既是我国政治现代化的重要内容,也是国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的特色组成部分。新形势下边疆民族地区现有的治理理念、制度和模式等在一定程度上约束了治理能力现代化,必须根据国家治理体系和治理能力现代化建设的顶层设计,从治理理念现代化、治理制度现代化、治理方式现代化等方面去开拓边疆民族地区治理能力现代化的战略路径。

The running competence modernization in border and minority concentrated regions is one of the important parts of China politic modernization and one of the special components of national running system and running competence modernization.In the new era,the current running ideas,system and model of the border and minority concentrated regions has limited the running competence modernization to some extent,so we must improve the top design,running idea,running system and running methods so as to promote the running competence modernization in border and minority concentrated regions.
