摘要
侧踹腿是散打比赛中最常见的直线型腿法,也是最具威力的腿法技术之一.踹腿的使用变化较多,易于在不同距离上使用,而且速度快,力量大,不易防守.侧踹高可击头,中可击肋,下可击腿,其中尤以击打身体正面的面部、胸部、腹部、腿部等部位最为有效.就侧踹腿的训练手段和实践的合理运用展开探讨,旨在为广大散打爱好者提供参考.
Side kicking is a common linear leg position in free boxing competition,which is of big attacking strength.Kicking is full of change,easy to be performed in different distance,with quick speed and big strength,and hard to be fought against.Side kicking is effective in defeating the opponent by different body places.This paper has made a study of the training means and practice of side kicking with a purpose of helping the learners of free boxing.
