基于博弈论视角的以德治腐作用分析

On the Role of Controlling Corruption by Morals from the Perspective of Game Theory

十八大以来,党中央打虎拍蝇,取得了一系列的反腐成效.然而,官员腐败的治理是一项系统工程,在加大惩处的同时,还应从道德根源查找原因,以此在解决不敢腐的同时为不能腐、不想腐目标的实现探索新路径.运用博弈论分析方法对道德水平提升这一中间目标实现之于腐败治理的重要性进行研究,并提出相关建议.

The Party Central Committee has made great achievements in fightng against corruption since the 18 th CPC National Congress.While the control of officials' corruption is a systematic project,which needs looking for the causes from morality besides strengthening fighting so as to find a new way to fight against corruption and make officials unable to corrupt and unwilling to corrupt.This paper has studied the role of controlling corruption by morals from the perspective of game theory and proposed some suggestions.
