摘要
校企合作共建专业的发展质量影响着学校的办学水平,决定着学校的办学特色.针对校企合作共建专业提出"资产所有共同体、人员融合共同体、利益共享共同体"的建设模式,并对"目标考评制度、诊断与改进制度、绩效奖励制度"的工作机制进行了思考.
The development quality of college-enterprise cooperative specialties is of great significance to college's management and features.To college-enterprise cooperative specialties,three communities construction model,such as,capital ownership,staff integration and interest co-sharing,and a new mechanism including target evaluation,diagnosis and improvement,and performance award have been proposed in the paper.
