浅议中德现代亲子关系的异同

On Similarities and Differences of Modern Parent-child Relationship between China and Germany

德国的养老保险金和儿童补贴金政策已实施多年,在儿童福利政策和社会养老方面有许多值得中国学习借鉴的经验教训。从跨文化角度比较分析1980年后中德家庭亲子关系的异同及形成原因后,总结出德国在鼓励生育和完善社会养老体系建设探寻中的一些经验,以及政策实施过程中所遇到的困难,以寻求缓解中国家庭亲子关系冲突的解决方法。

Germany’s the elderly-supporting and childcare policies have been in operation for many years.There are many lessons for China to learn from.From a cross-cultural perspective,the similarities and differences of the parentchild relationship between China and Germany after 1980 have been analyzed.In order to seek some solutions to relieve the stress between parents and children in Chinese families,some experiences of the construction of childcare and the elderly-supporting system in Germany,as well as the difficulties in the implementation of the policies have been summarized.
