摘要
本科师范专业人才培养融师魂、师知、师能、师形为一体,构建这四个维度的培养指标体系有利于廓清目标、厘清路径,强化中小学师资职前培养的针对性和专业性,从而提高本科师范专业人才培养的效能,促进师范生的专业化成长。
Normal university student cultivation should integrate teacher’s spirit,knowledge,competence and behavior into one unity as to form a four-dimension integrated cultivating indicator system beneficial to clarify the objective and ways and strengthen the target and profession of primary and middle school teachers,which will improve the cultivation quality and promote normal students’ professional development.
