摘要
采用镧铈混合稀土对铸造锌合金进行变质处理,研究了不同稀土含量对微观组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,稀土可以起到细化晶粒作用;稀土含量为0~0.2%时,随着稀土含量的增加,抗拉强度及冲击韧性增加;稀土含量为0.2%时,抗拉强度及冲击韧性最佳;当稀土含量超过0.25%时,其抗拉强度及冲击韧性呈下降趋势。
In this paper,lanthanum cerium mixed rare earth is used to treat cast zinc alloy,the effects of different rare earth contents on microstructure and mechanical properties are studied.The results show that rare earth has the effect of refining grain.When the rare earth content is 0~0.2%,the tensile strength and impact toughness are increased with the increase of rare earth content.Tensile strength and impact toughness are best when the rare earth content is 0.2%.When the content of rare earth exceeds 0.25%,tensile strength and impact toughness show a downward trend.
