摘要
采取不同的冷轧加工率、不同的退火温度、退火保温时间等工艺参数控制手段,并对生产出的板材通过微观组织分析及对比性能检测结果,对比用户对性能数值范围的要求,确定合适的4047 H26合金板材生产工艺。
The suitable production process of 4047 H26 alloy plate is mainly determined by the adoption of different cold rolling processing rate,different annealing temperature,annealing heat preservation time and other technological parameters control means,and the results of the microstructure analysis and the comparison of the performance test of the produced sheet are compared with the requirements of the users for the numerical range of performance.
