摘要
文章主要是将充分固溶的6005铝合金挤压管材进行弯曲性能的研究,从而了解时效制度对弯曲性能的影响。实验中要求材料长度为500mm,弯曲角度为135°,试验后内外角不得有开裂现象,同时抗拉强度要求在245MPa以上,韦氏硬度值为13HW~15HW。通过调节时效制度来得到能满足客户要求的试验管材,并确定合理的时效区间。
In this paper,the bending properties of fully solid soluble 6005 aluminum alloy extruded tubes are studied,so as to understand the influence of aging system on the bending properties.During the experiments,the request material length is500 mm;the bending angle is 135°,interior and exterior angle after test must not have cracking phenomenon,and the tensile strength must be more than 245 MPa,Webster’s hardness value is 13 HW^15 HW.By adjusting the aging system,we can get the test tube which can meet the customer’s requirements and determine the reasonable aging interval.
