Design and Application on Hot Rolling Mill of Neutron Absorption Plate

中子吸收板主要用于核废料的处理容器制造,该类型材料热加工性能较差,对相关的加工设备提出了较高的配置要求。文章通过对该类型轧制工艺细节的深入研究,先后克服连续补热、大变形率轧制、强迫送料、轧辊表面除渣、双辊系矫直等难题,开发出连续补热式热轧机组,取得了较好应用效果。

Neutron absorption plate is mainly used in processing containers of nuclear waste.The thermal processing performance of this material is poor,which puts forward higher configuration requirements for related processing equipment.Through in-depth study on the details of this type of rolling process,the continuous hot rolling mill has been developed by overcoming the problems such as continuous heating,large deformation rate rolling,forced feeding,slag removal on the roll surface,straightening of the double roll system and so on.The continuous reheating hot rolling mill set has been developed,and good application results have been obtained.
