摘要
随着石化行业装置的大型化,多机组的往复压缩机的气流脉动和管线振动问题成为困扰整机安全生产的关键。本文对多机组大型往复式压缩机气流脉动和管线振动的分析方法、步骤及整改措施进行了阐述。利用DIGMO和CAESAR II分析软件对压缩机管线的振动进行综合分析,在设计阶段对产品质量进行预期计算,并给出整改方案。
With the large-scale installation of petrochemical industry, the airflow pulsation and pipeline vibration of multi-unit reciprocating compressors has become the key to the safety of the whole machine. The paper specified the analyzing method, steps and rectification measures of airflow pulsation and pipeline vibration of multi-unit large type of reciprocating compressor. The analysis software of DIGMO and CAESAR II was used to comprehensively analyze the vibration of compressor pipeline, given the expected calculation of product quality in design stage and the rectification scheme.
