同城化城市公共交通发展模式探究

Development Experience of Urban Public Transportation

为构建"双城"一体化公共交通体系,满足市民美好出行愿望,在珠三角、粤港澳湾区一体化发展大环境下,对同城化发展模式进行了探究。通过选取汕潮揭都市圈、广佛都市圈以及台北都市圈三个典型代表,分别对发展阶段、面临问题、发展途径等方面进行对比分析。结果表明,不同发展阶段对应着与之相适应的公共交通体系:雏形期着力构建一体化的地面公交客运体系;融合期重点构建多元化的公交客运体系;同城期注重构建立体化公共交通客运体系。

In order to build an integrated public transport system of 'twin cities' and satisfy citizens’ desire for better travel.Based on the development mode of urban integration under the integrated development environment, this paper probes into the development mode of urbanization. By selecting three typical representatives of Shantou Chaojie metropolitan area, Guangfo metropolitan area and Taipei metropolitan area, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the development stage, problems and development approaches. The results show that different stages of development correspond to the corresponding public transport system, in which the initial stage focuses on the construction of an integrated surface bus passenger transport system;Focus on the construction of diversified bus passenger transport system in the integration period;In the same city period,attention is paid to the construction of three-dimensional public transport passenger transport system.
