摘要
为解决广州市地铁高峰拥挤问题,在加快地铁运力投放、优化高峰客流组织、加强公交与地铁衔接等措施之外,分析使用价格杠杆引导地铁乘客错峰出行的可行性,研究用票价弹性系数法对备选方案开展测算评估,经综合对比推荐7:45—9:00实施阶梯化的票价优惠方案,并提出相关实施建议,以期为广州地铁缓解拥堵提供决策参考。
To deal with Guangzhou metro congestion during peak hours, this paper analyzes the feasibility of guiding passengers to staggered shifts by price lever in addition to measures such as speeding up the delivery of capacity, optimizing passenger flow organization and optimizing the connection between bus and metro. It studies on alternative’s estimation and evaluation using elastic coefficient method, finally recommend implementing stepped fare discount between 7 : 45 am and 9 : 00 am after comprehensive comparison and put forward related suggestions, hoping to provide decision-making reference for Guangzhou Metro.
