Li_2MnSiO_4/C复合正极材料的合成及电化学性能研究

摘要 以酒石酸为碳源,通过喷雾热解法合成不同碳包覆的纯相Li_2MnSiO_4/C复合材料,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)表征了材料的结构和表面形貌。将材料制备成锂离子电池,利用充放电测试研究材料的电化学性能。结果表明,所制备的材料呈球形,均为纯相。Sample B在1C倍率下循环首次放电比容量是97.3mAh/g,30次容量还有95mAh/g,在2C倍率下仍能保持80mAh/g左右的容量。说明适量的碳包覆可以稳定材料的结构,抑制材料的溶解,促进锂离子的脱嵌,提高材料的电子电导率,有效改善材料的循环和倍率性能。
