摘要
获各琦铜矿主要采用上向水平分层充填法采矿,在生产过程中存在充填体强度不合格的问题。经过对矿山尾砂及原复合型水泥胶结材料各组分物理、化学特性及相互之间反应原理的分析,以原胶结材料为基础,通过添加改性激发剂,研发了一种新型胶结材料。经过一段时间的实践及应用,充填体强度得到明显提高,应用效果良好。
Upward horizontal cut and fill stoping method was adopted in Huogeqi Copper Mine but there was the problem of unqualified backfilling strength in the production.Through analyzing the physical and chemical properties of mine tailings and the original cementing material and their inter-reaction principle,basing on the original cementing material developed a new cementing material by adding modified activator.The practice and application indicated that the strength of the backfilling improved,and the application effect is satisfactory.
