摘要 随着全球对镍需求量的增加及冶炼技术的发展,红土型镍矿成为重要的镍资源。红土镍矿在冶炼原料准备过程中需要先对原矿进行预处理,为原料准备提供合适粒径的原矿、。红土镍矿原矿矿石性质对预处理工艺选择影响很大,大部分红土矿含水较高,砾石含量和砾石尺寸变化较大,这些矿石性质影响原矿预处理工艺选择。针对红土镍矿原矿矿石性质和生产现状,介绍了几种常见的红土矿原矿预处理工艺。 With the increasing demand of nickel and the development of smelting technology,lateritic nickel ore has become an important nickel resources.Lateritic nickel ore needs to preprocess in the raw material preparation for smelting process to provide qualified raw material.The properties of lateritic ore affect the choice of pretreatment technology strongly.Most of the lateritic ore contains higher moisture content,high content of gravel and gravel size changed greatly,and these properties influenced the choice of the pretreatment process.Based on the properties of lateritic nickel ore and production situation,several common pretreatment processes of lateritic nickel ore were introduced.
