摘要
通过对非洲中部铜矿带一些发达国家和发展中国家的矿山企业属地化管理调研,并进行对比分析,提出海外矿山企业应该根据实际需要,合理控制好属地化进程,以实现矿山发展、社区和谐,提升企业管理效率,降低生产经营成本,实现企业盈利的目标。
Through the localization management investigation and research,comparison and analysis of mining enterprises of developed and developing countries mining in central African,it was proposed that the localization management of overseas mining enterprises should control the localization process according to the actual needs to realize mine development,community harmony,and improve enterprise management efficiency,reduce operation cost and get enterprise benefit.
