粒状铵油炸药在台车凿岩掘进爆破中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 赞比亚谦比希铜矿地下开采使用凿岩台车钻孔进行巷道掘进和进路式采矿爆破。为降低爆破成本、提高装药效率、增加爆破进尺,试验使用价格低廉的粒状铵油炸药部分替代传统使用的价格昂贵的卷装乳化炸药。通过采用便携式装药器向炮孔中装填粒状铵油炸药,实现了耦合装药,提高了装药效率。针对新的装药方式,对布孔装药参数进行了优化研究并进行了井下试验。试验结果表明,爆破进尺增加了0.3~0.5m,装药效率提高了约15%,掘进爆破循环节省炸药成本30%左右。介绍了粒状铵油炸药在谦比希铜矿井下巷道掘进和进路式采矿的推广应用情况,取得了良好的经济效益。 In Chambishi copper mine in Zambia,drilling jumbo is used in tunnel excavation and route mining blast.In order to lower costs of blast,improve explosive charging efficiency and increase the advance per attack of roadway drive,ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosive partly instead of emulsion explosive cartridge is test in tunnel excavation and route mining blast.Ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosive is charged into blast hole by portable explosive charger coupled and charging efficiency is increased.Hole and charging arrangement parameters are recommended through analysis and research and the tests of tunnel excavation blast are done in underground.The experiment results indicate that,advance per attack is increased 0.3~0.5 m,the explosive charging efficiency is improved about 15% and the explosive cost is saved about 30%.Popularized application in Chambishi copper mine of using ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosive in tunnel excavation and route mining blast is introduced.Perfect economic benefits is achieved.
