HPV与喉癌相关性最新研究进展

摘要 头颈部肿瘤(HNC)包括口鼻咽喉部位肿瘤,该类肿瘤发病率高,发病机制尚未明确。在所有的HNC患者中,喉癌约占有至少3%。人类乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)的DNA分子量较低。有较多的研究结果证实,HPV与多种肿瘤的发生发展关系密切。因此,HPV在肿瘤发生发展的作用已经引起学者的关注,尤其是在喉癌患者中,但是喉癌的发生发展与HPV的关系还没有研究清楚。但有研究表明高危亚型的HPV(如HPV16和EIPV18)与喉癌的发生关系密切。但是现阶段对于HPV引起的肿瘤的治疗和预防尚未明确,需要进一步研究。
