乳酸菌发酵的豆制品和乳制品的免疫调节特性
摘要
本文首先分析了冷冻介质对乳酸菌生存的影响,对乳酸菌的温度承受能力进行了评估,然后对乳酸菌发酵豆制品和乳制品对人体肠道上皮细胞生物活性的影响进行了分析,得到了人们应在饮食中科学补充乳酸菌和其发酵产物。
