益生菌对孕妇及乳母的安全性论证
摘要
益生菌,特别是鼠李糖乳杆菌与动物双歧杆菌,一般用于婴幼儿食用,孕妇及乳母服用此类益生菌,可以增强胎儿或婴幼儿免疫力。同时益生菌对孕妇及乳母也是安全无毒的。本文旨在对孕妇及乳母服用益生菌的安全性进行综述。
