摘要 磨机的关键部件为盛装物料的回转体,回转体一般由进料装置、筒体部和出料装置组成。MQY4585溢流型球磨机,在某现场运转一段时间后,端盖根部出现裂纹现象,导致球磨机停机。就此裂纹问题,对设计图纸进行了详细的有限元分析和计算校核。根据分析裂纹产生的原因,设计优化端盖结构,以降低断裂位置的应力集中现象,并对改进前后的图纸进行有限元计算分析,对比论证。 The key part of the mill is rotalor of revolution in material,the solid of revolution is constitute from the feeding section,the cylinder section and the discharging section.The MQY4585 overflows ball mill appeared the crack phenomenon on the root of the end cover after revolving aperiod of time,so the ball mill shuts down.Now we research the crack problem through finite-element method,compute and check the design.According to analysis reason of the crack creation,design and optimal the structure of the end cover,then to low the stress of rupturing situation,and compute and analysis the design between the front and the back,then contrast and argument.
