天津文化创意产业园区影响力评估体系的建构及实证研究

Construction and Empirical Research of the Influence Evaluation System of Tianjin Culture Creative Industry Park

天津市文化创意产业园区发展由于起点较低,规模较小,定位不清晰,主管部门不明确,因此,真正有核心影响力的园区并不多。当地政府在推进园区建设的时候,由于缺少相关数据支撑,在政策制定的过程中往往举棋不定。天津文化创意产业园区影响力评估体系是立足于天津市文创园区的现状而建构的,并通过调研获取相关变量数据,运用主成分分析法对天津市19家园区进行了影响力排名和聚类分析。

Due to low starting point,smaller scale,unclear positioning,unclear department-in-charge,Tianjin does not have many influential cultural and creative industry parks.Tianjin cultural and creative industry park assess-ment system is constructed on the basis of the current situation of the Tianjin cultural and creative industry parks,and through the survey to obtain relevant variables data,using the principal component analysis(pca)to conduct the influence ranking and cluster analysis of Tianjin’s 19 cultural and creative parks.
