演艺业供给侧结构性改革路径探究

Research on the Path of Performing Arts Industry’s Supply Side Structural Reform

演艺业供给侧结构性改革关系到演艺业乃至中国整个文化产业布局的健康、稳步、持续发展。目前,我国演艺业供给侧结构性改革所面临的主要问题与瓶颈主要包括优质作品供给匮乏、资源配置不合理以及政府政策支持与人才供给相对不足等。实现我国演艺业供给侧结构性改革的可行路径在于加强优质产品供给,平衡供需结构和供求关系;合理优化资源配置;加强相关政策扶持与人才培养,推动体制机制研究与创新。

Performing arts industry’s supply side structural reform is related to the healthy,steady and sustainable development of the performing arts industry itself and even the whole Chinese cultural industry.At present,the main problems and bottlenecks of the performing arts industry’s supply side structural reform is high-quality works supply shortage,the resource allocation of performing arts industry has many unreasonable places and the government policy,the talent support and is relatively insufficient.The feasible path of China’s performing arts industry supply side structural reform is to strengthen the supply of high-quality products,balance the supply and demand structure and the relationship between supply and demand;adjust the allocation of resources;strengthen policy and talent support,promote research and innovation of the system.
