试论艺术管理学科建设中教学与科研评价的立体化原则

On the Three-dimensional Principle of Teaching and Scientific Research Evaluation in the Construction of Arts Management Discipline

摘要 艺术管理作为一个新设立的本科专业,需要主动以学科评价的方式进行自我诊断、自我管理,达到以评促建之目的。对艺术管理学科教学与科研进行合理的评价应建立在对学科特殊性充分认识的基础上。通盘考量艺术管理教学与科研活动诸要素,应遵循评价主体多元化、评价指标包容性、评价手段灵活性的原则,实现对评价对象的全要素覆盖。评价最终的目的还是服务于艺术管理学科建设,因此要秉持尊重规律、以人为本、着眼改进的目标导向。 As a newly established undergraduate major,arts management needs to take the initiative to self-diagnose and self-management in the way of subject evaluation,so as to achieve the goal of promoting construction by evaluation.A reasonable evaluation of the teaching and scientific research of arts management should be based on a full understanding of the particularity of the subject.Considering all the elements of art management teaching and scientific research activities,we should follow the principles of diversification of evaluation subjects,inclusiveness of evaluation indicators and flexibility of evaluation means to achieve the coverage of all elements of evaluation objects.The ultimate goal of evaluation is to serve the discipline construction of arts management.Therefore,we should adhere to the goal orientation of respecting laws,putting people first and focusing on improvement.
