摘要
本文分析日本商业戏剧三大团体,即四季剧团、宝塚歌剧团和蕨座剧团的经营与演出情况。三大团体拥有多样而细化的各类经营手段,是在长期实践中逐步创新、完善的,也是对各自创始人强烈艺术理念的具体转化。他们与大企业合作、注重在非中心城市发展、采取本地化策略等动向与日本社会现阶段'注重体验分享'的消费主题和'回归本国传统'的文化政策及宏观形势相适应。
Based on the existing information,this paper analyzes the operation of the three biggest Japanese commercial theatrical troupes—Shiki Theatre Company,Takarazuka Revue Company and Warabi theatre company.The three troupes execute diversified and refined managerial techniques which are gradually innovating and improved in their long term practice,and are also the concrete transformation of the strong artistic conceptions of their own founders.Their cooperation with large enterprises,emphasis on the development of non-central cities and the adoption of localization strategies are adapted to the current trend of Japan—the consumption themes that focus on experience sharing and the cultural policies of returning to national traditions.
