From Spontaneity and Self-Consistency to Creative System——Research on Dali Bai Opera Art Performance Group

本文通过对大理白族戏曲艺术表演团体的实地研究,基于创意网络系统理论分析少数民族戏曲表演活动中的两类重要艺术团体:国有院团和民间团体在地方的发展情况,对大理白族戏曲艺术团体在文化生态土壤中形成创意系统、协力盘活传统表演艺术形式的繁荣发展提出分析和思考。

Based on a field research of traditional performing art organizations in Dali Bai autonomous prefecture,this article compares performing art organizations differentiated in organizing structure,scale and market in Dali.By analyzing the networks of performing activities,dilemmas in artistic production and interactions among creative individuals,this article assesses the conditions and obstacles of forming a creative system in performing art area in Dali.Focusing on the interaction among individual artists and organizations,this article asks can and how cultural policy benefits local artists in different organizing forms to accumulate and employ their artistic skills and reputation to react upon and feed back to creative system,and whether local artists as creative labor can contribute back to their community.This article argues that comparing to investment in specific production project,cultural policy should pay more attention to the construction of creative system in local cultural-ecosystem and create positive in-teraction between individual artists and between different organizations.
