中国古代日用产品设计中所蕴含的特有人文关怀

Unique Humanistic Care Contained in the Design of the Chinese Ancient Household Products

文章分析了西方与中国古代日用产品设计的特色,即前者是将人类智慧物化为工具和产品;而后者是引导人们在使用工具和产品的过程中潜移默化地吸收前人的精神财富。得出产品设计应该重视人的价值,体现人对产品的驾驭和掌控的结论。对产品的功能开发不能以剥夺人类自身功能为代价,不能无止境的满足人类非必要的需求。在人与物的和谐关系上,防止人的异化,首先得防止物的异化。这就是中国古代日用产品设计中所蕴含的特有人文关怀。

This thesis analyses the designing features of the household products both in the West and ancient China.The Western designing specializes in reflecting human intelligence in the material products while the ancient Chinese one excels in heritaging spiritual treasures from their pioneers in the subtle application of the products. Hence we come to the conclusion that we should place more weight on human values,which demonstrates man’s powerful government and control in the designing of the products.we might not sacrifice the functions of people and we needn’t have to meet the endless further need of the users when unnecessary.For a more harmonious relationship between human and nature,the initial task for us to do is to prevent the material products from being alienated,as well as to avoid the alienation of people themselves.This is the unique humane care contained in the ancient Chinese designing of the household products.
