摘要
设计与管理,看似不同的两个领域,现由于设计行业的蓬勃发展而逐步产生交集,二者相互促进,相互影响。本文以南京联合装饰设计院为案例,从组织结构、人力资源、薪酬模式几个方面进行分析,希望为其它设计企业寻求一个合理的管理模式起到借鉴作用。
Designing and Management are two different fields,but they occur simultaneously because of the development of designing.They promote each other and interaction.This article gives brief introduction to Nanjing United Decoration Designing Institute’s management modes regarding organizational structure,human resource (HR) and pay mode,etc.The other firms can use the information as reference for researching a reasonable management mode.
