The design is an important means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. With the rapid development of the global economy, the requirements for the quality of design talent by companies are increasingly high. Based on the talents demands research of enterprise and the practice cases of industrial design teaching, this paper explore how to improve the methods of traditional industrial design education, with a new industrial design concept and the means to meet the corporate demand for talents.
