About the Education and Teaching Mode of Art Design Major

A-H-CDIO模式是艺术设计专业的教育教学模式。它是既不同于纯艺术类教学又不同于工程类教学的模式,而是一种两者相结合的教育教学模式。这一模式将艺术设计所需的创造性思维能力的培养作为其核心,强调学生在教育教学的全过程中的主体地位,突出尊重学生、以培养学生能力为中心。同时,模式还以项目实践作为教学主线,搭建出教学科研相结合的教育教学平台。

A-H-CDIO mode is the education and teaching mode of art design major, a mode different from that of pure art teaching and engineering teaching, but the combination of both modes. This mode takes the cultivation of creative thinking ability required by the art design as its core, emphasizes that students are the dominant role during the whole teaching process, highlights the respects for students and centers on cultivating the capabilities for them; at the same time, the mode takes program practices as the mainline of teaching and establishes an education and teaching platform by integrating teaching and researches.
