Under the Nation's great efforts to develop culture creation industry, there were remarkable progresses in our animation industry. Developing animation industrial bases is an effective way for integrating animation resources and speeding up economic growth rate. But there existed during the course of bases establishment major issues that restricted them further development, which were haphazard constructions without local character, homogeneous in quality and constitution, indistinct industry agglomeration, short of complete industry chain, brain drain and so on.The paper gives an analysis of the contributing factors on the establishment of animation industrial base, which are effective guarantees of promoting our culture creation industry.
