为了提升移动互联产品的市场竞争力,文章提出了从用户体验角度提升移动互联产品的观点。根据移动互联产品特点重新诠释了产品设计的三要素——技术、环境和人。在此基础之上研究出了如何提升产品品质同时获得持久生命力的具体方法。首先,在编程前完成包括交互的主要设计内容;其次,让可用性测试贯穿产品研发流程;最后,后续跟进发布产品,对产品及时进行修补和更新。该方法可以大大降低产品开发风险,让产品具有良好的用户体验,从而为产品带来忠实的用户群体。
To make mobile internet products become more competitive in the fierce market environment, the view of enhancing comprehensive strength of mobile internet products by the perspective of user experience is presented. Reinterpret the three elements of product design about technology, environment and people according to its own characteristics of mobile internet products. Based on the study above, the specific method about improving product quality, obtaining enduring vitality is given out. Firstly, most of the design content of product must be complete, meanwhile added interaction design; secondly, the usability testing must be used throughout the entire process of product development; finally, follow up the released products, and the product should be patched and updated in a timely manner. This method can greatly reduce products' development risks, and makes the products have a good user experience, so as to bring loyal user groups.
