摘要
严智开是民国美术教育的主要开拓者之一,在他的努力下筹备和创办了中国第一所公立美术馆,即天津市市立美术馆。严智开任馆长期间,在美术馆的体制建设上,进行了卓有成效的探索,奠定了中国美术馆的发展基业,推动了美术的大众化与现代化进程,为美术教育的普及与发展做出了重要贡献。
Yan Zhikai is one of the pioneers of art education in the Republic of China, He gave his efforts in Preparing and founding China's first public art gallery,the Tianjin Municipal Art museum. With the leading of Yan Zhikai, the art museum system construction was very fruitful explored, laid the foundation of the development of Chinese art gallery, promoted the art popularization and modernization process, has made an important contribution to the popularization and the development of art education.
