摘要
课外教学服务系统中包含学生、家长、老师和机构等利益相关者,彼此之间相互联系,形成多个服务接触点。运用TRIZ理论中的物质—场模型,通过类比构建课外教学服务系统中利益相关者之间的接触点模型,借助模型对其中的关键接触点进行分析,判断接触点作用类型;进一步依据标准解指导,提出优化课外教学服务系统的具体解决方案。
The extracurricular teaching service system includes stakeholders such as students,parents,teachers and institutions.They connect with each other to form multiple service touch points.Using the material-field model in TRIZ theory,the contact point model between stakeholders in the extracurricular teaching service system is constructed by analogy.The key contact points are analyzed by the model to determine the type of contact point action.Further according to the standard solution guidance,put forward to optimize the extra-curricular teaching service system specific solutions.
