在社会不断地进步中,对室内设计专业的需求越来越大。现代学徒制模式是高校培养专业型技术人才的新型教育模式,因此对室内设计师技能进行考核也是一种趋势。传统的设计师考核体系效率低且准确率不高,所以文章对现代学徒制模式下室内设计师技能考核模块进行研究,考核模块中包含培训考核阶段、指标权重分析及综合评价阶段,最后完成设计师技能考核。最后通过仿真实验进行对比,经实验所得数据进行对比,发现本考核办法较传统方法准确率高12%,更具实用性。

In the continuous progress of society,the demand for interior design profession is getting bigger and bigger.The modern apprenticeship mode is a new type of education mode for cultivating professional technical talents in colleges and universities.Therefore,it is also a trend to evaluate the skills of interior designers.The traditional design The teacher evaluation system is inefficient and the accuracy is not high.Therefore,the indoor apprentice skill assessment module under the modern apprenticeship mode is proposed.The assessment module includes the training appraisal stage,the index weight analysis and the comprehensive evaluation stage,and finally the designer skill assessment.Finally,through simulation experiments,the data obtained by the experiment are compared.It is found that the accuracy of this method is 12%higher than the traditional method and more practical.
