摘要
文章通过对江南农村民居场地布局的分析,研究其对于保温隔热性能的影响,以期改善民居冬夏热环境舒适度,为生态木构民居的营造打下基础。通过对4个江南村落的现场调研测绘与研究统计,探索了场地布局中的选址、建筑间距、建筑朝向和院落组合对于民居保温隔热性能的影响。研究结果表明:江南农村民居依据传统建筑'负阴抱阳、背山面水'的中国风水学的选址理念对于建筑保温隔热性能有所增强,但现有民居主流的8m建筑前后间距、南偏东20°~40°的建筑朝向和院落组合中的庭院景观设计均不利于民居保温隔热性能的提升,应在新建的农村生态木构民居的场地布局中改掉缺点,以提高室内热环境舒适度。
On the basis of analysis of rural residential site layout of Jiangnan China,We look forward to improve thermal comfort of it.By means of the survey and research statistics of four villages,explored the influence of thermal insulation property of site selection、building interval and orientation、compound combination.The result of research shows that:To some extent,the traditional building design method of Jiangnan can improve thermal insulation property.But the main current building interval and orientation,compound combination is go against thermal insulation property.So we must perfect the disadvantage of site layout to reach the standard of ecological wooden houses.
