明中晚期江南住宅室内地面铺装考

Study on Indoor Floor Pavement of Residence of Regions South of the Yangtze River in the Middle and Late Period of Ming Dynasty

文章通过钩沉相关文献与版画史料,考证了明中晚期江南住宅地砖生产的盛况、地砖的制作工艺、常见的尺寸和铺设的方法;梳理文献中有关木地板、地毯的相关资料及其使用方式,以期较为准确地还原江南住宅地面装修面貌。

This paper analyses the related documents and the historic woodblock concerning the prosperous situation of tile production for the residential floors in the middle and late Ming Dynasty,the manufacturing technology,the common dimensions and laying methods of floor tiles,and combs the materials about the wood floors and carpets in the literature and their usage,aiming to accurately restore residential floor decorations south of the Yangtze River during that period.
