适宜老年人户外交往的住区空间环境设计研究——以天津市华苑碧华里小区为例

Study on Space Environment Design of Residential Areas Suitable for Old People’s Outdoor Communication: A Case Study of Tianjin Huayuan Bihuali District

文章以天津碧华里小区实态调查为基础,分析老年人户外交往的特点与需求,探寻老年人户外交往与住区空间环境的关系,并根据实态调查提出该住区在道路、公共设施、活动场地等方面存在的诸多设计问题,在此基础上提出了适宜老年人户外交往的住区空间环境的设计方法。

Based on the actual investigation in Bihuali District of Tianjin,this paper analyzes the characteristics and needs of outdoor communication among the elderly,explores the relationship between outdoor communication and the spatial environment of the residential area,and puts forward many design problems of the residential area in terms of roads,public facilities and activity sites according to the actual investigation,and puts forward some suggestions on the basis of which.The design method of residential environment suitable for outdoor communication for the elderly.
