摘要
文章从新商业体验时代背景出发,首先分析了服务设计理念及其特点并引出了产品设计理念向'造物'+'服务'发展的必然趋势;然后在此基础上对比分析了传统产品设计时期与新商业体验时代用户对于产品诉求的异同;最后提出了新商业体验时代基于服务设计理念的产品创新设计策略。
Starting from the background of the new business experience era,this paper first analyzes the concept of service design and its characteristics,and leads to the inevitable trend of product design concept towards'creation'+'service'.And then,on this basis,the paper compares and analyzes the similarities and differences of users’demands for products between the traditional product design period and the new business experience era.Finally,the product innovation design strategy based on service design concept in the new business experience era is put forward.
