基于浆液黏度时空变化的水平裂隙岩体注浆扩散机制 被引量:83

GROUTING DIFFUSION IN A HORIZONTAL CRACK CONSIDERING TEMPORAL AND SPATIAL VARIATION OF VISCOSITY

摘要 速凝类浆液的双液混合注浆方式及其黏度时变特性导致浆液扩散区内黏度空间分布不均匀。基于此,认为速凝类浆液流型为具有黏度时变性的宾汉流体,研究其在静水条件下水平裂隙中的注浆扩散过程,建立恒定注浆速率条件下考虑浆液黏度时空变化的水平裂隙注浆扩散理论模型,推导浆液扩散区内的黏度及压力时空分布方程,进而得到注浆压力与注浆时间及浆液扩散半径的关系。通过与不考虑黏度空间不均匀性所得结果进行比较,说明考虑黏度空间不均匀的必要性。通过在数值计算模型中预定义黏度空间分布函数,实现了考虑黏度空间分布不均匀性的裂隙注浆数值模拟。通过理论分析、数值模拟与试验结果三者的对比,验证理论分析及数值模拟的合理性,以期为实际注浆工程中注浆参数的确定提供一定借鉴。 The double liquid grouting mode with fast curing grouts leads to the uneven spatial distribution of viscosity in the diffusion region of slurry. The diffusion process of slurry in a horizontal crack was studied assuming the fast curing grouts as Bingham liquid with the time-dependent behavior in static water environment.A theoretical model of grouting in the horizontal crack at constant grouting rate was established considering the uneven spatial distribution of viscosity. The space-time distribution equation of viscosity and pressure in the diffusion region of slurry was derived and the relationships of the length of grouting time and the radius of grout diffusion with the grouting pressure were obtained. Comparisons of the results with and without the consideration of spatial distribution of viscosity demonstrated the necessity of considering the uneven spatial distribution of viscosity. Predefining the spatial distribution function of viscosity in the numerical model, the numerical simulation of crack grouting process considering uneven spatial distribution of viscosity was realized. The results from the theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and test were compared and the rationality of the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation was verified. The results may be constructive to the grouting parameters determination in practical engineering.
