摘要
大型往复式压缩机是流体机械领域中的一个重要门类,现已被广泛应用于冶金、化工、石油、煤炭等多个领域,活塞杆是往复式压缩机的核心部件,其工作运行过程中受工况活塞力的往复作用。本文针对大型往复式压缩机动力端活塞杆,应用有限元分析软件对其进行强度分析以确定其强度能否满足静强度及疲劳强度要求。其结论对往复式压缩机动力端关键件的设计与改进具有一定的理论指导意义。
Large reciprocating compressor is an important equipment in the field of fluid machinery,it has been widely used in metallurgical,chemical,petroleum,coal and other fields. The piston rod is a key component of the reciprocating compressor and impacted by the stress of the piston in the running condition. In this paper,the strength of the piston rod is analyzed by the finite element,to verify if it will meet the technical specification in fatigue and strength. The results will make a contribution to the design and improvement of the reciprocating compressor.
