Improvement Study on Renovation of Multifunctional Double Crane Linkage Control with Different Electrical Configurations in Electrolytic Aluminum Enterprises

在铝电解生产中,经常出现双车吊运电解槽上部结构和槽壳作业。本文简单的介绍一种电气改造几种方法,供不同电气配置的铝电解多功能天车实现联动控制,由1名天车操作人员控制两车联动作业,有效地解决了吊运作业中存在的安全隐患。

In the aluminum electrolysis production,the upper elements and the tank shell operation of the double trolley hoist cell are frequently appeared. This paper simply introduces an electrical renovation method,for the different configuration of the electrical aluminium electrolysis multifunction crown block to realize the linkage control,one operator operates two crane linkage operation,effectively solves the safety problems that exist in the lifting operation.
