摘要
高效沉降槽是氧化铝生产过程中结构比较复杂的大型设备,设备整体重量重约几百吨左右,如何有效地降低整个设备的重量减少投资,同时又要确保整个设备的强度及稳定性满足实际生产要求,对于氧化铝厂安全生产至关重要。由于结构复杂,常规算法很难进行详尽的计算和分析。本文采用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行了分析计算,与类比法设计进行比较,最后根据计算结果和设计经验进行优化,保证设备的安全运行,同时减少投资。
Settling tank is a complicated and large equipment in alumina production process, the overall weight of the equipment is about several hundred tons. How to effectively reduce the weight reduction of the entire equipment, while ensuring that the strength and stability of the entire equipment meet the actual production requirements, is essential for the safe production of alumina plants. Due to the complexity of the structure, conventional algorithms are difficult to perform detailed calculations and analysis. In this paper, the finite element analysis software ANSYS is used for analysis and calculation, compared with the analogy design, and finally optimized according to the calculation results and design experience to ensure the safe operation of the equipment and reduce investment.
