摘要
氢气和硫磺合成法为一种可靠,运行成本低,过程易控,自动化程度高的硫化氢合成工艺,经过生产分析,在470~480℃,0. 8 MPa的条件下进行反应,可得到纯度99. 5%以上的硫化氢气体。将硫化氢用于污酸净化工业中,经过分步硫化,通过自动化集成污酸硫化控制系统,可实现铜砷分步分离,且铜砷含量降至0. 5 mg/L以下,硫化氢利用率可在99%以上。硫化氢替代硫化钠等化学试剂对污酸进行硫化反应效果好,且不引入钠离子,有利于危废渣的减量及废水和废酸的回用,最终实现污酸的资源化综合利用。
The hydrogen and sulfur synthesis method is a reliable hydrogen sulfide synthesis process with low operating cost, easy process control and high degree of automation. Production analysis shows that,the best reaction condition is carried out at 470 ~480℃ and 0. 8 MPa to obtain hydrogen sulfide gas with more than 99. 5% purity. The hydrogen sulfide is used in the waste acid purification industry in which the copper and arsenic can be separated in two steps, and the copper and arsenic content can be reduced to less than 0. 5 mg/L,at the same time the hydrogen sulfide utilization rate can reach more than 99%.Hydrogen sulfide instead of sodium sulfide and other chemical reagents has good effect on sulfuric acid sulfurization reaction, and will not introduce sodium ions into waste water, which is beneficial to the reduction of hazardous waste residue and the reuse of waste water and waste acid, and benefit to realize the comprehensive resourcilization of waste acid.
