电解机组电控柜空调选型及设计改进

摘要 近些年,电控柜空调的故障率较高,直接影响了电气设备的工作环境温度,降低了电控系统的稳定性和使用寿命。本文通过对电解车间恶劣环境的分析,给出了电解机组电控柜空调的选型计算方法,并根据实际情况提出了电控柜空调设计过程中应该采取的必要措施,经过现场的实际应用后,降低了空调的故障率,得到了良好的使用效果。 In recent years,the failure rate of air conditioner for electric control cabinets is relatively high, which directly affects the working environment temperature of the electrical equipment, and reduces the stability and service life of the electronic control system. Based on the analysis of the harsh environment of the electrolysis workshop, this paper gives the calculation method of the electric control air conditioner of the electrolysis unit, and puts forward the necessary measures in the design process of the electric control cabinet air conditioner according to the actual situation. After the actual application on site,the air conditioner failure rate is reduced, and a good use effect is obtained.
