摘要
本文基于Workbench软件对大型钢池体浓密机支撑结构进行有限元分析,并按照《GB 50761—2012石油化工钢制设备抗震设计规范》中的规定对多种载荷进行最危险工况组合,通过合理有效的简化假设,对设备进行强度校核。结果表明设计满足强度要求,同时提出钢池体浓密机梁柱选型与配置方案,为钢池体浓密机的设计计算和大型化应用提供可供工程应用的参考设计方法。
Based on the Workbench software,this paper conducts finite element analysis on the support structure of large-scale steel thickener,and according to the provisions of GB 50761—2012 Petrochemical Steel Equipment Seismic Design Code,the most dangerous working conditions are combined for multiple loads.Effectively simplify the assumptions and check the strength of the equipment,the results show that the design meets the strength requirements,and the selection and configuration scheme of the beam and column of the steel thickener is proposed,which provides a reference design method for engineering application for the design calculation and large-scale application of the steel thickener.
