摘要
介绍了某铜冶炼厂烟气制酸装置扩产改造工程的方案选择、工艺流程、主要设备、设计特点及运行情况。根据现有装置特点,制酸采用绝热蒸发、稀酸洗涤净化、"3+1"两转两吸工艺,其中净化为单系列,干吸、转化为双系列,尾气吸收采用钠法脱硫工艺。装置投产后满足冶炼系统扩产的要求,排放尾气中SO_2浓度小于100 mg/Nm^3。
This paper introduces the scheme selection,process flow,main equipment,design features and operation of a copper smelter flue gas sulfuric acid plant expansion project.According to the characteristics of the existing equipment,the acidification adopts adiabatic evaporation,dilute acid washing and purification,and'3+1'double conversion double absorption process,wherein the purification is a single series,conversion and absorption section are both double sets,and the tail gas absorption adopts a sodium desulfurization process.After the device is put into production,the requirements for the expansion of the smelting system are met,and the SO2 concentration in the exhaust gas is less than 100 mg/Nm3.
