摘要
针对传统铜冶炼系统酸性废水治理工艺存在废水处理残渣量大、处理工艺流程长的问题,提出了一种新的废水处理方法—催化氧化法。多家铜冶炼企业的酸性废水经催化氧化法处理后,处理后废水中重金属离子浓度有望低于国家标准,水处理残渣量少。该方法具有工艺流程短、运行费用低,方便操作等优点。
In view of the problem of large amount of waste water residue and long treatment process in the traditional acidic waste water treatment process of copper smelting system,a new waste water treatment method of catalytic oxidation is proposed.The concentration of heavy metal ions in the treated waste water is expected to be lower than the national standard,and the amount of residue in the treated water is less.The method has the advantages of short process,low operating cost and convenient operation.
